Astro Gallery is a personal astrophotography gallery operated as a hobby project. Browsing the gallery is free, with no subscription or account fee. An optional print-ordering feature is in development and, for now, is limited to the site owner while it is validated — it is not yet available to the general public. The terms below describe how it works once opened up.
You are welcome to browse, enjoy, and favorite images in the gallery for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not use the service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, or interfere with the operation of the service.
All photographs displayed in this gallery are the property of their respective astrophotographers. They are shared here for viewing purposes only and may not be downloaded, reproduced, or redistributed without the explicit permission of the photographer who took them.
Astrophotographers who connect a Drive folder are solely responsible for the images they upload and confirm they have the right to share them. Uploaded images pass through an automated content review before appearing in the gallery; this review is a best-effort filter and is not a guarantee that every image meets the site's standards. By uploading images, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site owner from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. Astro Gallery may remove any image at any time.
Print ordering is not yet available to the public — it is currently limited to the site owner as an internal trial. Print orders are fulfilled by a third-party print vendor. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Astro Gallery acts as a facilitator and that the print vendor (Prodigi) is responsible for the actual manufacture and transit of your order. Once an order is placed and paid for, Astro Gallery submits it to the vendor for printing and shipping; production times, shipping times, and print quality are the vendor's responsibility. Questions or problems with an order, including damaged or missing prints, should be directed to dmayo77@gmail.com so we can assist or escalate to the vendor.
Sign-in is provided as a convenience to enable personalized features such as saving favorites and placing print orders. The site owner reserves the right to suspend or remove access for any account at any time, for any reason, without notice.
If you register as an astrophotographer, you agree that Astro Gallery may send you automated email related to your gallery — for example, a signed-in visitor asking you to mark some of your images as favorites. We do not sell your address, share it with other users, or use it for advertising. Every such message includes a link to turn these emails off, and you may also turn them off (or back on) from your Settings page at any time.
Astro Gallery is a hobby project provided on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers (Google, Stripe, or Prodigi) that are outside the site owner's control. Nothing in this section limits liability for print orders you have paid for; if a paid order is not fulfilled and cannot be resolved with the print vendor, contact dmayo77@gmail.com for a resolution.
Astro Gallery is provided "as is," without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The site may be offline, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
